SKRIP TEMUBUAL SYARIKAT TOP 11 COMPANY

Skrip temubual semasa memberi penerangan bagaimana syarikat dijalanakan:

Fiq: Assalamualaikum and good afternoon. You with me Ahmad Afiq Adli and my colleagues.
Sister: Angeliny broadcast live on News Agribizz about the success of an organic fertilizer companies namely Top Eleven Company.

Fiq: News today we will look at how the TEC create a good Business Plan until they succeed. Before we move into the business plan let us know a little background on this company. Top 11 Company was established in November 25, 2014. Its core business is the manufacture and distributor of organic fertilizer with the scale of production at a moderate level. The company's main product is an organic fertilizer which is a suitable fertilizer for each plant and materials used are environmentally friendly materials. We now turn to the Business Plan? Business Plan is to guide entrepreneurs to achieve the set objectives and assure investors, banks, and others.

Angeliny : There are several important elements in the making of this Business Plan. Among marketing, operating, financing and human resource. Let us discuss them one by one. First of all, how the company conducts marketing activity. The target market is farmers and any farmer who have a farm. The best way to market the product, check the farm’s farmer to find the best fertilizer can use and promote the advertising at the banner. A part from that, make the advertising such as television, newspaper and magazine. Another way is promote the product by an agent. The company strategy is compete in product quality and market monopolization which is wholesaler between producer and customer, company benefits to sale the product and direct from factory to customer. Besides, good price is company strategy. The service delivery which is direct deliver from factory to farm’s farmer and direct from shop to farms. Have an agencies is the company strategy, build the shop for every country and satisfaction what the customer want and need. Another way is packaging and labeling. For packaging is bin and gunny and for labeling is HACCP, SIRIM label and have a certificates that government approve. Market timetable, every years to promote the product by television, every months promote the fertilizer in magazine and every weeks promote in newspaper. Last but not least, quantity of fertilizer it depend on factory to divide the quantity of product. The higher demand of product is packaging in gunny. Let's look at companies that serve as a reference for this marketing division. (video).

Fiq: We now turn to the operating divisions. Operating is one important element in a company because the company needs to constantly monitor all operations taking place in the production of organic fertilizer. Therefore TEC company uses the method of operating such as visit many farm to identify the fertilizer that always used by farmers . Further, the company has a strategy of operating as compete with other company in terms of quality and productivity. TEC has advantages such begin the only company that sells fertilizer. TEC already monopolize the market because in Malaysia  there is limited company to produce organic fertilizer. TEC has become a middle man between producers and consumers because the company put a reasonable price to consumers. To reinforce the information, let us review one company which is a reference. Angeliny: You have described the two elements of the business plan while ago. Now let's see what needs to be in part financing. Finance is the business function responsible for receiving and managing funds efficiently and effectively in order to achieve organizational goals. Share capital issued TEC company is to build a factory and buy machines and other equipment. The company is also seeking a loan from the bank, namely SME Bank. There are several conditions put forth by the bank of paperwork and there is a nice confirmation of certain agencies. There are also a number of problems avoided by companies that reduce the value of bank loans and avoid warned 3 times by the bank. Currently the company TEC always repay the loan on the agreed date of each month. So let's see the reference that has been provided for this financing division. (Video)

Fiq: Thanks for the explanation earlier. Let's peel on human resource anyway. Human Resource is a process for addressing various issues to employers, workers and other workers for the success of the company in order to achieve those objectives. There are several aspects that need to be considered including in a company how many workers will be needed, for TEC their has a total of 15 employees. Next, before a company is built we need to formulate a position which should be included in the organizational chart as directors, assistant directors, secretaries and others. For TEC, they have 6 highest office like director, assistant director, secretary, head of marketing, operations chief, chief financial and chief human resources. To complement the human resource aspects of this, the company needs to know where to get the workers was through interviews, recruitment, selection and others. For this company they have chosen as a recruitment interview and there are also some conditions that qualify a person to work among the minimum age is 18 years old and above and the level of education is the SPM. Companies Top Eleven Company has selected the company as a reference, let's look together.

b.      Strategi pemasaran :

                                                              i.      Membuat penghantaran dari kedai ke kedai
                                                            ii.      Bersaing dari segi kualiti dan kebersihan
                                                          iii.      Mempunyai banyak cawangan
                                                          iv.      Memenuhi kehendak pelanggan seperti citarasa mereka

c.       Jadual pemasaran :


                                                              i.      Setiap 8 bulan sekali akan membuat perbezaan dari segi kualiti dan harga dengan kedai-kedai lain

  • Bagaimana syarikat menjalankan pemasaran semasa bertugas     
  • Bagaimana ingin menjadikan sistem pengurasan syarikat itu berhasil dalam pemasaran
3) Kami telah membahagikan beberapa bahagian soalan yang perlu ditanya kepada ahli syarikat kami.
4) Mesyuarat kami diakhiri dengan keputusan muktamad untuk apa yang berlaku pada hari Jumaat 27 Februari 2015.

       Tujuan SME Bank ditubuhkan:
  1.  Membantu perniagaan kecil dan sederhana
  2. Menyediakan pinjaman :
- menyediakan modal untuk membeli kilang
- menyediakan modal untuk membeli mesin


  3Menyediakan perkhidmatan
                                              - menyediakan kilang untuk disewa.


  4. Menyediakan dana
                                              - mengikut ciri-ciri pemohon.


  5. Menyediakan latihan untuk usahawan siswazah dan usahawan muda


  Syarat-syarat kelayakan pemohon:

  1. mempunyai kertas kerja yang bagus
  2. mempunyai pendaftaran yang berdaftar

   Masalah pemohon
            - jika mengalami masalah bankrap dan tidak mampu bayar:

   1.  SME Bank memberi peluang kedua seperti membuat penjadualan semula.
   2. Dalam penjadualan semula pemohon akan mendapat pengurangan nilai dari pinjaman.
                    -memberi amaran sebanyak 3 kali
                    -masalah menyewa kilang
  3. Jika mengalami kerosakan pemohon perlu membayar ganti rugi.
 4. Jika syarikat bankrap pemohon akan diarahkan keluar dari kilang dan segala peralatan     akan menjadi cagaran sehingga pemohon menyelesaikan hutang.

·         Mempunyai kelebihan seperti menjadi satu-satunya syarikat yang menjual baja.
·         Berhubung secara terus kepada pengguna dan kilang.
